Grief and change happen to all of us. From losing your closest loved one to experiencing a shift in your life like a divorce, a move, a major job change or having a child, none of us (no matter how “together” we feel) is exempt from the stress and unmooring emotional roller coaster that change can bring about.
Admitting the need to ask for help is scary. But reaching out is the first step towards a happier, more hopeful you.
If you are interested in taking that first step, contact me today!
I came to this field out of a lifetime of curiosity about others and myself. My hope is to help channel your own curiosity and facilitate a journey of self-discovery, understanding, and renewed hope. The grief that comes from loss or change isn’t something to “get over” or “heal” from. Instead, I see grief as an experience that evolves and matures as we learn to adapt to our new reality and integrate these difficult changes into life after loss. None of us are exempt from experiencing grief, mourning, or large life changes. I’ve been there. That’s why I hope you will feel safe bringing me along on your journey.
